Villa Al-safaa

Following significant challenges with previous consultants, including two full demolitions, the project required urgent clarity, stability and a new architectural vision. Our approach began with a thorough reassessment of the site, structure and client’s lifestyle requirements.

Through a refined and efficient design strategy, we reduced the villa’s built-up area from approximately 600 sqm to 480 sqm, achieving a more practical footprint without compromising comfort or function. The improved layout permitted the addition of an additional bedroom while enhancing, rather than impacting, the circulation.

The new circulation spine now creates stronger connections between spaces, supports natural flow and elevates the overall living experience. The final design delivers a balanced, elegant and cost-effective home, demonstrating that intelligent architecture can resolve longstanding issues and transform a troubled project into a successful one.
