Housing Boulevard

The program of the project is a connected medium-density housing community rather than a single residential block. Located in Toongabbie, it brings together 98 dwellings on a 9,490 m² site, with a density of 103 dwellings per hectare. The proposal is structured as a series of residential buildings linked across the site, turning circulation into a shared social experience rather than just access.
